Mechanism for Reporting Incidents of Violence, Harassment or Corruption
Our company, applying the principles of corporate governance, social responsibility and anti-corruption as defined by Directive (EU) 2019/1937 ("the Whistleblowing Directive"), implements a transparent, reliable and secure system for reporting and reporting complaints. The aim is to provide all members of the Company, partners and interested third parties with the opportunity to report in good faith and without fear of retaliation, any violations of the law, internal procedures or the Code of Conduct, as well as any conduct that may damage the integrity and reputation of the Company.
